About your order
If you are using a carrier email (docomo, au, Softbank, etc.), you may not be able to receive emails due to your email settings, such as refusing to receive emails from PC email addresses or specifying a domain.
・If you have set up domain-specific reception, please set it so that you can receive emails from "@beyondsweets.com".
・Please check other settings such as "spam email settings" and "rejection settings for emails with URLs."
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to your registered email address.
Additionally, if you have registered as a member, you can check your order details from My Page after logging in.
We cannot accept orders by phone or fax.
Each order can only be delivered to one address, so please place an order for each address.
Due to the characteristics of the product, we are unable to accept changes, additions, or cancellations to the order details after the order procedure has been completed.
Regarding delivery
If you do not specify a delivery date and time, we will normally ship within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the next business day after your order is completed.
Once the shipment has been completed, we will send you the Yamato Transport tracking number via email.
For product delivery status, please check Yamato Transport's package tracking service.
You can specify the delivery date and the following times from 3 days to 28 days after your order date.
Please select your desired delivery date and time on the purchase screen.
・Available time slots: Morning, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 19:00-21:00
Products will be delivered only within Japan.
About gift service
We do not provide wrapping services, so please use a carrier bag. (Up to 1 piece is free, 2nd and subsequent pieces can be added for 150 yen (large) or 100 yen (small) for each piece)

yes. For compatible products, you can select Noshi (hanging paper) on the product page.
We also accept Noshi's name engraving, so please enter it in the name column on the product page.

For orders using the gift service, detailed statements (delivery notes) are not included.
About payment
We cannot accept changes to the payment method after your order is confirmed.
The receipt can be downloaded from the email sent after completing your order or from the "Order History" section of My Page. We cannot accept items bundled with products or sent by mail.
